Compassionate Body Scan | Meditation

Lately I've been trying to be more gentle and loving toward my body. Self criticism and aches and pains can make it hard for me to really give my body the love and appreciation it deserves for carrying me through each day. This 15 meditation is a great way to tune in, listen and feel gratitude for our bodies. In-joy!
