Breathing Techniques To Practice Receiving

This breathing exercise is my current technique for opening myself up to receive. After all, breathing is a form of receiving!

1) Take 10 deep breaths to settle and center.

2) On an inhalation, to yourself, "I am open to receiving." And on your exhale, "I am

receiving."

3) Repeat at many times as you need!

I also exchange my phrase to, "I allow myself to receive. I am worthy of receiving." Try this one out and create your own!

Because I am intentionally practicing the act of receiving through breathing, when someone says "thank you" or "I love you," I am taking a moment to pause and breathe in that love or gratitude.
